Another day, another play with my two little sets of Terry Ludwig ‘Crazy 8’s’ Pastels. Inspiration for this small abstract came during a long beach walk today on Fripp Island, SC. It was low tide and we walked along the high-tide mark on the beach, where lots of reeds had washed ashore in all these random patterns. These patterns became the inspiration for this painting.
